VEGAN BISCOFF TIRAMISU

*please note: I am no chef, it is all for fun—take it with a pinch of salt <3

500g coconut vanilla yoghurt

200g soy vanilla yoghurt

3.5 - 4 packs lotus biscoff biscuit

1.3 cans boss iced long black

[depending on the size of your trifle bowl / whatever dish you use, I used a 3L trifle bowl]


  1. whip:

    500g coconut vanilla yoghurt

    200g soy vanilla yoghurt

  2. melt in 30sec increments:

    1/2 jar lotus biscoff smooth spread

    & slowly fold into the whipped yoghurt

  3. start layering the trifle:

    • quickly dip biscoff biscuits in boss iced long black making sure the whole biscuit is fully dipped (do 1 at a time)

    • layer the whipped yoghurt on top

    repeat until desired

  4. leave in fridge overnight for flavour soaking

  5. just before serving, crush biscoff biscuits and add on top
