NO BAKE SEMI DARK CHOC TART

happy holidays <3 take this to the gathering!!

I made this for my friends this holiday. i love the texture so much, hope yall did too <3


base

30~ oreos (2 packs + 2 oreos) *i used a 25cm flan tin

113g salted butter (melted)

ganache

250g dark chocolate *i used 70% dark choc, but you can use any ratio you desire

90g milk chocolate

300mL thickened cream

57g salted butter

topping

cocoa powder


  1. blend:

    30~ oreos

    113g melted butter 

    until it resembles wet sand.

  2. press into tin - use ramekin/bottom of flat cup to create an even press. refrigerate to set.

  3. heat:

    300mL thickened cream

    57g salted butter 

    on medium heat. take off heat once it comes to a simmer.

  4. pour over chocolate (broken up into its individual cubes etc). let it sit for 3 mins.

  5. whisk ganache until smooth. pour into set tart base & even it out.

  6. refrigerate to set for a few hours or overnight.

  7. top with cocoa powder before serving.
