DARK CHOC VEGAN "REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS"

*please note: I am no chef, it is all for fun—take it with a pinch of salt <3

1C almond flour

1/3C peanut butter (runny)

1/4C maple syrup (real, not flavoured syrup)

170g~ vegan dark choc chips (or any choc you want)

2tbsp peanut butter (runny)

flakey sea salt [optional]


  1. mix:

    1C almond flour

    1/3C peanut butter

    1/4C maple syrup

    & flatten in lined tin/tray of choice

  2. melt:

    170g~ vegan dark choc chips

    2tbsp peanut butter

    & pour over flattened base mix

  3. add flakey sea salt on top if you want

  4. chill in fridge until set

  5. slice as is OR cut with shaped cutters
